RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Site Execution Head of Civil Works.
• Provide guidance / technical support to the field staff.
• Follow up schedule and take corrective measures to remove any delay in the schedule.
• Ensure availability of drawings, manpower and equipment.
• Coordinating all construction activities on site with different disciplines and parties.
• Ensure availability of IFC drawings and approval of civil work construction materials as specified in specifications.
• Perform continuous supervision and surveillance of work to ensure that work is carried out according to the standards, specifications and codes.
• Prepare weekly construction activity schedule.
• Generating Technical Query (TQ) to the client and designer in case of any ambiguity.
• Initiate RFI and coordinate with inspectors.
• Follow up concrete delivery and other material. Ensure preparation of As Built drawings.
• Coordinate with third party inspection agency and assist them with sampling and perform various civil and structural tests.
• Assure control quality.
• Ensure availability of sufficient manpower and construction equipment.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• QA/QC ITP formation and Modification.
• QC RFI Generation.
• Conduct inspections of respective RFI’S with clients.
• Coordinate with Third Party Inspection Company and assist them in sampling and performance of civil tests.
• Close NCR generated by client QC Inspector after rectification of work.
• RFI documentation and maintaining RFI Dossier.
• Rectify the punch Points and close the RFI’S.
