• Study & review Contract documents and prepare first end engineering design (FEED)
• Prepare material take-off (RFQ) of piping & equipment, Technical Comparative Statements, and Technical Bid Evaluation reports, subsequent technical clarifications meeting with vendors
• Prepare the final contract documents as per client requirements. Sent the RFQ’s & BOQ’s to the vendors to get the quotation.
• Get the quotations, reviewed technically & commercially and make comparison statements
• Prepare the techno commercial bid and submit to Client.
• Execute full contracting process from pre award to post award including preparation & evaluation of proposal management and contract negotiation.
• Analyze all vendors/contractors in order to select the most suitable who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Negotiate with vendors/contractors on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Manage contractor to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
• Liaise with vendors/contractors on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
• Lead, supervise and manage the project proposals with a team of multidisciplinary Engineers and hands over the awarded project to assigned project manager.
• Participation in site visits, pre-bid & post-bid clarification meetings with end-clients.

• Receiving material/equipment at site, accomplish the inspections and make conformance reports
• Closing punch list items and prepare Final As Built drawings of plant.
• Supervised the installation, Erection, & commissioning of Plant equipment such as, high pressure Gas Pipe line and tie in with Armco network, gas Compressor, Fuel gas treatment plant including, ESDV, Scrubbers filter and separators, pressure reducing skids, water bath heaters, hot oil heaters, interconnecting piping & valves, Air Compressor, Fire Water Pumps, Water treatment plant, Nitrogen generation Plant, Hydrogen generation plant, RO Plant, & Piping.
• Arrange client inspections for new material and prepare RFI for new equipment & site installation.
• Responsible for scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction activity.
• Technically evaluated different equipment of plant
• Review the client (SEC/PB Power) comments on design as per ASME, ASTM standards and PTS to resolve the design related issue.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
• Coordinated Plant Design, supervised the erection, Installation and commission of LPG, EOR, Natural Gas Processing Plant, Crude Oil Stabilization Unit, Power Plant (Diesel & Gas engines, Cooling towers, Purifiers), Gas Compressor Station Ethylene Glycol (Dehydration) Unit, Refrigeration unit, separators, Columns, Heat Exchangers (Plate Type, Shell & Tube Type), Reciprocating High Pressure Pumps, Centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating & Rotary Air Compressors, Reciprocating Gas Compressors, Submersible Pumps by Client end.
• Prepare Piping layouts, piping isometric drawings, PFD’s & PID’s process plant in close coordination with process engineers.
• Supervise the team members for execution of piping work scopes.
• Review of all the piping studies and other work as per ASME B 31.3.
• Design and review the detail activity of oil & gas pipe lines installation from oil wells to plant.
• Review of all the piping studies and other work done by task force members.
• Supervise the fabrication, erection, inspection, testing of various piping systems related to process plant as per isometrics and GA drawings.
• Shop floor inspection and testing of fabrication pipes.
• Planned, executed and managed annual turnaround of oil& gas plants.
• Prepared the detail activity and resource planning for the revamping activities of diesel & gas engines(Make: Cat, Diahatsu, MAN B&W, Waukesha, Cummins, Ajax etc), Reciprocating gas compressors (Arial, Dresser rand, Ajax, etc), centrifugal & reciprocating pumps (Make: KSB, National Plunger Pumps) etc.
• Installation & Maintenance of water injection pumps and gas injection compressors
• Make inspections for all new material any installations.
• Planned and supervised the maintenance of all rotary and static plant equipment such as Gas and Air Compressor, Gas and Diesel Engines, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Blower, Plunger Pumps, Gas Processing Units, Refrigeration Unit, Fire Fighting Equipment and Dehydration Unit, Turbochargers, Fuel oil & lube oil purifiers, Cooling Towers, Rotary and centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps,
• Preparation of all periodic reports, forecasts and presentations.
• Maintenance and trouble shooting of LPG & Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Plant, Solvent Oil Plant, Natural Gas Compressor station, Sour Gas compressor station, Power House equipment, Natural gas Processing Plant, Ethylene Glycol (Dehydration) Unit, Refrigeration unit, Three Phase separators, Columns and Heat Exchangers.
• HSE standards Implementation during maintenance of plant equipment.
• Achieve the highest level of plant efficiency for optimum production with minimum breakdown time by excellent engineering, analytical and decision making skills.
