Performed all other essential tasks under the guidelines of the managers.
Handle all incoming telephone calls and greet visitors upon arrival in the office.
Take messages and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Perform filing of daily paper work and order office supplies as required.
Responsible for sending, receiving, and delivering fax messages.
Perform clerical office duties such as typing, operating facsimile and photocopying machines, sorting mail and distributing to appropriate office staff.
Use document management system to scan documents and store in a suitable database filling system when available.
Ensure that all retrieved paper files are returned where they belongs.
