Commissioning and Startup Lead

Review contractual documentation.
Review engineering documents to insure that the commissioning & startup
requirements are accounted for in the design.
Prepare and keep up-to-date the pre-commissioning and commissioning
execution plans.
Preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.
Supervise the preparation of the performance test procedures and of the operating
manuals with the Operation team.
Manage the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up.

Commissioning/ Startup of Salt Reclaiming system i.e Reclaimer and conveying belt
conveyors.
Lead the team to implement Automation of Salt Stacking/ Reclaiming System
Actively participated in implementing the Reclaimer operation through PLC

Refinery, Yambu.
Lead Boiler tube’s replacement and Chemical Cleaning activity afterwards at Berry Gas

Developing the feasibility reports
Procurement, construction, commissioning and startup of Pilot Plants (Pre-
Commercialization phase)
Public Information
Receive the customer orders and develop a material planning. Keeping in view the available
material, procure material to full fill orders. Keep track of raw materials, consumables, man
hours so that project cost can be evaluated.
Develop a Visual Basic/ MS Access based software solution to achieve above objectives.
Software has been developed and implemented.
Responsible for continuously monitoring the Plant’s critical streams to ensure balanced
operation rates and optimum operations.
Provide maintenance and troubleshooting assistance in the manufacturing processes.
Liaise between operations control rooms during sequential start-ups, shutdowns and
emergencies. Ensure clear guidelines are delivered to manage and reduce negative impact
during interruptions or emergencies.
Investigate quality defects for root cause and help improve manufacturing system efficiency.
Monitor production processes and activities to ensure they are compliant with the EHS
guidelines.
Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment to ensure quality production and
productivity.
Relay production constraints to appropriate business and planning organization to provide
accurate input to production plan.
Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and
trends.
Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following
manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures.
