Working as Power Station Operator (GE Frame 9 Mark Vie Gas Turbine) since March 2009 to till date. Operating the plant according to standard procedure or instructions.
Hot / cold startup, shutdown, and routine operation of GTs and field equipments and their monitoring in the assigned area. The types of equipment generally include all or some of the following items like Heat Exchanger, Pump, Compressor, Motor, Turbine, Manual valve, Control valve, Storage Tanks, Separators, Pipelines, Jetty Equipment and Furnace etc.
Synchronize & de-synchronize, and HV/LV Electrical equipment operations.
Maintaining fuel gas supply coming from various gas fields / sources.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to carry out schedule maintenance activities along with emergency or breakdown maintenance activities.
Issue the PTW (permit to work) to maintenance Staff with isolation of relative equipment for maintenance activities and the field devices following Safety rules.
Having Good knowledge of Alarm annunciation panel and Generate TR (trouble report) to maintenance department through Computer Maintenance Management System (TIMS)
Maintain detailed operation logs.
Participated in the Major Overhauling and up-gradation of GE (USA) Gas Turbines and Combined cycle Steam Turbine as Machinery Technician and have experience of operation, testing, & commissioning of filed equipment’s.
Participated in the Turnarround-2017 at Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited at Mukhtiar Garh Tehsil Sadiqabad as Sub Engineer Machinery on Ammonia Plant (F1).
