Handling the Quarterly, Semi Annual & Annual Employee performance Appraisal (EPA).
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of staff’s information.
Entering the data into HR main system for maintaining the accurate records.
Receive, review and shortlist resumes for administrative staff hiring.
Conducting of Interview & handling the initial recruitment process.
Maintains backup pool of resumes for future requirements.
Collect all appropriate documentation necessary required for visa process.
Dealing with banks to opening bank accounts for new & existing staff.
Handling employee relations activities and queries as sick leaves, site accidents reports & salaries related issues.
Preparation of monthly attendance report.
Medium Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
Co-coordination, communicating the information as instructed by the Manager.
Conducting exit interviews for leaving employees and submit a report to the HR Manager.
Coordinating for closing duty cards and site clearances for resignation, termination, end of contract, annual leave and final settlement employees.
Provide information to the employees about company policies and procedures.
Arrangement & distribution of employee monthly wages accordingly.
