Main Campus Building Responsibilities
 Commissioning of 27000 CFM (Huntair) Air Handling units, VAV, Fire alarm system, Chilled water system, CCTV system, LCS system integration with BMS.
 Performed Loop tests, Functional test, sequence of operation tests and graphic tests.
 Ensuring the projects meet product specifications and requirements.
 Reporting to Engineering Managers regarding project specifications and requirements.
 Collaboration with electrical contractors, installers and other technical sections on work site issues to ensure correct and proper installation procedures are implemented and handing over to client.
Central Utility Plant Responsibilities.

 Commissioning of chiller plant 45000 ton capacity 9 units each of 5000 ton York Jonson Control chiller, GE Mark 7xi system for PMS, Mode bus Protocol for communication between York control and GE control system, DDC system for AHU.
 Troubleshooting of a variety of Pneumatic and electronic instrument using various test equipments.
 Transmitter: Calibration & Maintenance different types of PT.FT.TT.LT. (Honeywell, Rosemount, YokoGawa Elliot, Fox Boro)
 Poisitioner: Calibration and Maintenance (Moto Yama, Honeywell, Fisher, I/P, P/Iconverter.
 Switches: Calibration and Maintenance of different kind of switches like Limit switch, Pressure switch, Flow switch, Temperature switch, Level switch.

Eight & half year experience with Kareem & Sons Pvt. Ltd. Islamabad, Pakistan from July2000 to February 2009 as Sr.Supervisor Electronics.

Job Responsibilities.

 Maintenance of all type Electronics equipment at components wise as well as unit wise like Oscilloscope, Freq. generator. Voltage generator, etc.

 Operation and maintain the HF, VHF&UHF transceivers (yaesu, Motorola, Kenwood, etc) by using all types of modern antennas e.g. yogi, horn, broadband, VIP etc.
 Installation/operation and maintenance of PABX telephone exchanges for different private and government organizations.
 Installation and operation of computerized PA system (sound) for multi buildings and mega halls.
 Communication setup for different remote sites countrywide.
 Operation the satellites phones for communication and data transferring by using advance accessories on hyper link.
 Installation of microwave links for major cellular companies.(Mobilink and U-fone).
 Installation of field Cable trays Junction box, Conduits and termination.
 Installation, calibration, maintenance and pre-commissioning of different types of Electronic & Pneumatic field instrument such (presser, temperature, level, flow) transmitters, Gauges, indicators, Solenoids, Switches, Density meter, Magnetic flow meter, Vortex flow meter etc.
 Maintenance and stork checking different types of control valves MOVs, Diaphragm operated valves, solenoid operated valves, ON/OFF slid valves and electrical & pneumatic actuators.
 Calibration and trip testing related instrument of (BMS) Burner Management System for water tube boiler.
 Termination of marshalling cabinets, field control cabinets.
 Period servicing, maintenance, trip testing & control system of instrument air compressor.
 Pre-commissioning and commissioning of PLC and DCS. Operation and trouble shooting of PLC relay controller.
 Loop checking different type of instrument in Distillation unit, vacuum distillation unit, hydrotreater unit.
 Troubleshooting, maintenance, servicing and calibration of instrument such as steam boiler De-super heating system, tank level control system.
 Maintenance, calibration and loop checking gate valve, globe valve, butterfly valve, ball valve electronic & pneumatic transmitter etc.
