• I am working as "Senior Plant Operator" in Nuclear Power Plant since 2007 till date and my responsibilities are.

Key Responsibility
Responsibilities 137 MWe Steam Turbine in Nuclear Power Plant
Operate and Monitor all Auxiliary and Conventional Systems

• Perform call up cards and routine checks.
• Operate and monitoring all auxiliaries system of T/G during startup and shutdown of
Plant.
• Monitor all parameter; take complete reading set and corrective action accordingly.
• Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working
properly.
• Maintain the operating equipments and facilities in sound and clean condition.
• Maintaining and Computerizing of Shift Log.
• Starting, Synchronizing, Loading, Un-Loading and Stopping Of 1200 KWe Diesel
Generator.
• Condensate water pump.
• Pump house operation and equipment.
• Heat Exchangers and Condenser operation.
• Carry out the isolation of equipments for planned and emergency maintenance and
Normalized of the plant thereafter.

Control room
Perform duty in control room

• Monitor all critical parameter in control room and take complete reading set.
• Acknowledge alarms and take corrective action accordingly.
• Check and review the operating conditions and records.
• Feed all control room logs and technical data and take print out.
• Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written and electronic form.

Responsibilities the production of 1600m³/day (MED Desalination Plant)
• Taken into service and out of service of the Plant.
• Perform duty on MED desalination Plant.
• Working on Allan Bradley (SLC5) based DCS system.
• Monitoring all three loops of MED Plant Sea water loop, ICL Loop, and MED Battery
Loop.
• Static and Dynamic Testing of Flow / Pressure Transmitters and Electronics Valve
Positioner and position transmitters.
• Installation and Testing of Flow Rater, Flow Switches, Pressure Switches, Relative
Humidity.
• Installation and maintenance of Electronic Transmitter related to pressure/Level/ Flow/Gauge Pressure.
• Flow Station Routine checks on instrument connection, Pumps. Valves, Meter etc.
• Monitor tripping condition of equipments, process parameters and control within defined limits.
• Ensure conductivity, TDS & pH of the distillate within required range.
• Take necessary corrective action in case of emergency or equipment breakdown to ensure the uninterrupted service.
• Installation and Maintenance of Indicator Digital/Analog of Flow, Pressure, Level,
Temperature, Valve Position etc.
• Troubleshooting of Measurement and Control Loops.
• Commissioning of Measurement and Control Loops.
• Maintain the operating equipments and keep clean condition.

Responsibilities of 100, 000 Gallon Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant

• Perform duty on Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant.
• Supervise daily routines and call up card.
• Taken Plant into service and out of service.
• Monitor all parameters, complete reading set & take corrective action Plant operation.
• Maintain the operating equipment and facilities in sound and clean condition.

Electrical Knowledge

• Work on (LV, MV anndand HV) Switch Gears.
• SF6 and Oil circuit breakers.
• Gas generator and Diesel Generator.
• Very well knowledge in Transformers and Motors (troubleshooting and installation)
• Very well knowledge in Star / Wye and Delta connection.

Electronic knowledge
• Repairing, troubleshooting and circuit designing of Electronic cards.
• Very well knowledge in semiconductor devices.
• Can be study and worked on electronic cards and diagrams.

Safety awareness

• Handsome Safety awareness against personal safety as well as plant safety.
• Safe working procedures (According to work permits)
• Radiation Protection Training.
• Fire fighting training.
• Rescue and first aid training.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs)
