I am responsible to originate and lead the following responsibilities in Administration Department
Management of General Administrative activities like Security& safety, in &outs of gate, housekeeping, colonies of workers, supervisors, and executive, gardening, outside rented residences and goodowns, etc through a dedicated team.
Managing rented transport for more than 800 employees, contracts, price negotiations, routes etc
Managing company maintained cars and vehicles, repair, maintenance, insurance, token tax, fueling etc.
Making budgets of expenses including office expenses, entertainment and food expenses and other related recourses.
Implementation of Labors law, correspondence with all the labor related departments like Labor department, EOBI, Social security, Apprenticeship, EPA, labor courts, civil courts etc
Dealing with government’s regulatory like LESCO, SNGPL, and Boiler inspections office, District. Management, local government departments etc.
Taking care of other legal matters against company.
Establishing and ensuring the implementation of company polices & Standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Administration of Cleanliness, Gardening, Security, Health and Safety. Housekeeping etc
Management & Implementation of Visitor watch system
Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service.
Responsibilities in Human Resource Department
Recruitment & selections includes human resource budgeting, departmental strength of workers, employees’ recruitment requisitions from line Managers, advertising, short listing, document verification, offer letters etc.
Although Training and development remained weaker modules of HR in textile sector yet. But we have started TNA only for the key players of the organization and suggested trainings of soft & technical skills to Mangers.
Basic trainings to workers of health & safety and orientation at the time of recruitment.
Performance management system job analysis, goals setting & job descriptions (JDs), reporting system, and Manual appraisal through Line Managers and HR team.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Taking feedback and developing concuss on key points of under process company policies and eventually making polices in the directions of Top Management.
Advise managers on organizational policy matters.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
