• Developing comprehensive HSE Training Program based on training needs assessment of all Management, Non Management Staff and Contractors.
• Carrying out Incident Investigations, Root Cause Analysis and Reviewing Reports to formulate recommendations for future preventions and share with concerned Staff. Also conducted Fire Investigations as a Team leader.

My job responsibilities were as followed
• Perform Safety Audits and Inspections. After about 40% completion of any project, carry out injury review for identification of pro-active and corrective measures to prevent accidents.
• Conduct Safety Meetings.
• Track employee HSE performance, conduct pre-job assurance reviews with crews.
• Support and undertake incident investigation and auditing strategies to ensure complaint correction and performance improvement.
• Perform Accident review, investigation and reporting. Perform Root Cause Analysis, Health & Safety Hazard Analysis, and Environmental aspect and impact analysis.
• Monitor and maintain data and information statistics on HSE activities and incident trends to provide analysis and recommendations.
