• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of SAFE GRAIN System (USA)
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Rotary Level Switches of Bin Master.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Speed Switches of Elevators.
• Calibration and error removing of Pressure Gauges.
• Maintenance work of SOVs and Pneumatic cylinders...
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification of RTDs and Thermocouples.
• Termination, Cable Lying, Glanding and Dressing of Instrument Cables.

● All type of Control Valves like single diaphragm operated, piston operated and motor operated by Spirax Sarco, Samson.
● Thermocouple, RTD, Bi-metallic & Liquid Filled type Temperature Instruments.
● Instruments like Pneumatic Devices (Instrument Air) Regulator, (Lockup Manual
Reset, Auto reset), SOV’s etc.
• Hot loop & IO’s testing of PLC.
• Troubleshooting, Overhauling, & Calibration of Different Instruments like Control Valves Spirax Sarco.
• Hot loop verification of all Field Instrument.

● Skilled to read loop diagrams, P&ID drawings, logic diagram.
● Well-known with the plant running, predictive, breakdown and corrective maintenance.
