Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor daily operation of equipment /machines
• Oil and gas rotating and handling tools repair & maintenance
• Prepare repair/maintenance/Overhauling of Centrifugal pumps (water, pulp, mud, juice , chemical, slug, etc.)shaft, casing, section plate, stuffing box, sole plate and base plate etc. and blowers, valves (valves body, stem, shaft, gate, ball, needle, etc.)gate, needle, ball, globe, etc ., conveyors (chain, bucket, belt etc. Mixture m/c, vibrators, meshing m/c, dryer etc.
• Repair/Maintenance Hydraulic and pneumatic systems replace / change /maintenance
• Inspection of piping include chucking the joint, valves, thread prepare, repair/maintenance.
• Using the strategy of routine maintenance.
• Lathe machine, shaper machine, planner machine, milling machine, arc-welding, operations also known, Prepare& repair/maintenance developed many shapes .

Mechanical Mechanic Technician -21 May 2014 to Dec. 2017
Responsibilities:
• Working with service casing & tubing (T.R.S) division,
• Expert in troubleshooting, overhauling and maintenance of oil field equipment,
• HANLING TOOLS: CMXL-SLIP, SDML, SDXL ROTARY HAND SLIP, SINGLE JOINT
• ELEVATOR, SIDE DOOR ELEVATOR, SAFETY FUSE, HYT/HYC, YT/TC ELEVATOR AND ITS SLIPS, SAFETY
CLAMP, BOWL FOR SLIP, CPS slips for conduct casing,
• ROTATING EQUIMENT:TONG & its JAWS(tong/backup)with spring hanger and lift cylinder, Hydraulic Power Unit 6/4 cylinders, and another equipment like as F.M.S with unit, hoses and its controls, Varco body (elevator/spider) body sizes /capacity14” to 24”-500 tons, and its slips(different sizes 7 5/8” to 24”),
• Clamp master for safety clamp, Cargo container, sling /shackles check /inspect with inspector if need to re certificate,
• Check the list of equipment to be required and identifies/requisitions of the spare parts.
• Monitor the progress of planned programs. And I have ability to read & write technical drawings (related to parts detail and assembly).also read maintenance manual, retrofit also done,
• I am able to perform jobs efficiently and safe, using company standards,
• Report any accident or near miss to HSE-coordinator, which is involve with working operation,
• Always ensure using QHSE, HSE policies & procedure, I care on it (do not use the short cut for work),
• Check all the certificates of pull equipment (inspect with N.D.T-inspector),
• Dismantle, reassemble after inspection, if paased, Repalce/change fitting, hoses, parts if needed according to comany standard/equipment manual, paint, prepared maintenance check list until green tag fix with equipment.
• Hydraulic/pneumatic systems (pumps, motors, rams etc.), and also ability to maintenance of mechanical system(gearbox, hoses and its fittings, change / cleaning bearing etc.
• Check and arrange all maintenance schdule accopding to using of the equipment / machine /tools etc.

• APACHI AUSTERLIA, SAUDI ARABIA, U.S.A., HOLLAND, MURITANIA, ONGC-INDIA, TOTAL BAKHOOSH, ADMA, ZADCO, ADCO ABUDHABI etc.

• Dispatch equipment according to check list procedure, with certificate of given size of job,
• Hydraulic/pneumatic systems control, maintain, replace parts (if need to replace),
• Check and arrange all colour code of equipment and slings according to given colour of month,
• Report any accident or near miss to HSE-coordinator, which is involve with working operation,
• Reporting any accident, incident or near miss to HSE-coordinator, and attended monthly’s
meeting, responsible check all equipment to QHSE-coordinator one by one trough mobilization,
