• Managing the operations of Day Surgery Centre which performs an average of 25 cosmetic surgeries and procedures a week.
• Handling the staff ranging from senior consultant plastic surgeons to housekeeping, of various nationalities which includes USA, Brazil, Germany, India, UK, Pakistan and Philippines. Processed their DHA & DHCC professional licenses.
• Successfully completed more than 10 external inspections from DHA & DHCC.
• Set up an ICU at the centre as per the requirements of the health authority.
• Weekly review meetings to audit the medical records, infection control, policies etc and other guidelines from health authority.
• Plan, get quotes, negotiate and purchase biomedical equipment and consumables; ensure adequate supply is available with its optimum use.
• Monitor the daily financial transactions and monthly reports.
