Working in Professional Engineer Security with extensive work load to work on Juniper, Fortinet, CISCO and other vendor Security devices. Main Responsibilities are below.
• Responsible to deploy new projects of Juniper, Fortinet and CISCO Security devices in network of different clients.
• Responsible for providing support after deployment of new devices and Migrate old devices to new devices
• Responsible for providing support to Security Operation Centre 24X7X365.
Working in ITO Service Delivery Consultant with extensive work load to work on CISCO routers. Main Responsibilities are below.
• Responsible for providing Level 2 support for Global Clients (WAN Team)
• Responsible for working with all levels of management and staff (L1, L2 and L3) both within/outside the business and other Technology groups.
• Responsible for commissioning of New WAN Sites, CISCO Router, WAN links, Configuration of CISCO Routers and IOS up gradation, Deployment of Sites and Documentation.
• Responsible for troubleshooting the Running Network (i.e. IOS up gradation if required, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of CISCO Router, WAN Links & Configuration Issue).
• Responsible for troubleshooting Routing issue (OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
• Responsible for troubleshooting of Partner VPN Network.
• Responsible for troubleshooting WAN link (Leased Line, ATM, Frame Relay, SDH, ISDN PRI and POS)
• Responsible for handling DNS Tool for DNS Entry in DNS Server for Forward and Reverse lookup.
• Coordinating with Different Service Provider all over the Globe for WAN Link issues.
• Responsible for Involve Change Management Team for Changes Occur in Network (Like Commissioning and Decommissioning New WAN Sites, CISCO Router & Its Configuration, VPN tunneling, Multilink, New WAN link or Up Gradation Of WAN links).
Documentation of changes occur in the network
• Responsible for handling HP Open View, Remedy Ticket System, and HP Info board Tools
Working in IT Core Network with extensive work load to work on multivendor routers and switches. Main Responsibilities are below.
• Responsible for designing scalable, secure and efficient IP network for Ufone customers and employees,
• Responsible for implementation and deployment of all new router and switches, failover solutions between critical sites, troubleshooting of existing routing and switching domain, IGP and eBGP proper routing policies.
• Responsible for managing and commissioning of company’s network equipment by
maintaining a close operational relationship with Ufone vendors and suppliers
• Operations management of the entire IP Network including maintenance, up-gradation, expansion, security, and optimization.
• Responsible for implementing, managing and troubleshooting OSPF, BGP and IPSec VPN tunnels.
• Management of ISG2000 firewall, working as a Active/Passive.
• Co-ordination with JTAC and vendor for current and already opened cases.
• Rich troubleshooting experience in multi-vendor environment (Cisco, Juniper, Nortel and Foundry)
• Broad knowledge and experience of dynamic Routing Protocols (RIP, OSPF, IS-IS and BGP)
• Responsible for Internet Traffic Shaping and Security
• Responsible for 99.99% uptime for Date critical networks.
