• Responsible for coordinating the installation, commissioning & completion of projects on time, within specified cost and to customer’s satisfaction.
• Review design drawings and comment as per practical implications.
• Ensure that during the project execution all activities adhere to building regulations, HSE legislation, client requirements and any other legal and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractor and procurement department to ensure on time delivery and storage of plant components.
• Ensure that subcontractor complies with Quality and Inspection procedures and is following the project schedule.
• Prepare procedures and close out comments of the project.
• Supporting maintenance department after completion of project for both preventative as well as corrective maintenance.
• Studying & researching the demands of projects to be constructed as project manager.
• Selection & appointment of subcontractors.
• Ensure during project execution all activities adhere to HSE & governing authorities’ regulations.
• Monitoring site progress and quality of works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
• Preparation of method statements, submission & obtaining approvals.
• Planning of manpower, work sequence & activities.
• Preparation of preventative maintenance plans and execution.
• Installation and commissioning of On-grid, off-grid and hybrid Solar Power Systems.
• Installation and Commissioning of Solar Street Lights.
• Project management from beginning to handover to clients.
• Develop and implement maintenance policy and SOPs.
• Prepare performance reports of PV plant on weekly& monthly basis.
• Setting KPIs to make sure optimum yield of PV plant.
• Managing & training O&M team.
• Troubleshooting of Static frequency converter panel.
• Attend all types of breakdowns of panels with Technical team.
• Testing of electronics components like thyristors, resistances, capacitors etc.
• Repairing of PCB cards with the help of their drawings.
• Examine the working of 3 phase Transformer and Check the phase sequence.
