* Review inventory stocks weekly/monthly according to movement of material and update monthly rate in system based on sales analysis and demands.
* Prepare Stock requests according to above studies and obtain Pro Forma Invoices from suppliers.
* Confirm stock orders & customer orders with suppliers.
* Followup with our Accounts & logistic department for payments and shipments.
* Upon material received, checking cost detail to make sure the margins as per company policy and make necessary changes if required.
* Inform to Sales team about material arrival.
* For-costing and comparisons for new selection upon supplier's visit or Mgmt. visit to fairs.
* Look after showroom displays with coordination of Showroom managers and make sure the display of all the "Active" materials.
* Making Different Inventory reports for Accounts & Mgmt. perusal as per their demand.
* Time by time study inventory and propose to Discontinue the Slow moving items and made necessary changes in price/discounts & part status etc.

From October, 2004 till September, 2006 I Worked as a Sales Coordinator (using ERP-IFS) cum Assistant Sales Activities Manager.
