Working as Console / Field Operator in Operation department
• Using DCS & SCADA PLC system To Operate the cross country pipeline operations 16`` & 26`` dia pipe lines (864-KM & 787-KM) of Crude & HSD products for PARCO mid country refinery.

• Different products deliveries Oil Marketing Companies (OMC’s) through pipelines as per oil movement requirement.
• To observed any abnormality in operating parameters immediately informed to concerned maintenance staff and raised notification through SAP system.
• To perform Tank switch over operation and Inter-tank transfer (I.T.T) as per requirement.
• To perform planning & scheduling pipeline cleaning activities with receiving & launching of PIGs (Intelligent, S.M.M, S.M.B).
• Hand experience in plant area operates pumps, valves, PCV, FCV, Operation of Oil / Water separator.
• Perform start-up and shutdown different Main Line operations as required.
• Communicate other upstream & downstream station for routine operation and emergencies.
• Operate & monitor L & J system for level monitoring, C.I injection system, Flow acceleration system and Metering system as per SOP.
• Have good understanding of plant layout diagram and P & ID’s.
• Operation of Block Valves assemblies in field as per requirement.
• By-pass activities for maintenance purpose.
• Sampling & gauging of different product tanks manually.
• Manage Electrical Load and operate Emergency Supply of plant.
• Supervision of contractor activities.
• Able to perform field duties in different areas and also perform relieving duties.
• To observe control panels, ensure main line parameters (pressure, flow rate & temperature) are within normal ranges react promptly to any warning signals/alarms during main line pumping operation.
• Familiar with HSEQ Policy, ISO procedure & Standard Operating Procedure.
• As originator issue all types of work permits to perform any maintenance job as per PTW.
• To perform all operations related activities as per SOP's and record in log book.
• Maintain stock reports on Daily Basis.
• Ensure reliable and energy efficient operation, keep safety in mind.
• As ERT member, educate plant operators and new comers about safety, participate in safety trainings.
I have passed 3 year diploma of associate engineering in Elcrtrical .Now i am working in PAK ARAB REFINERY LTD (PARCO) as Console Operator in Operation department by Using DCS & SCADA PLC system.This refinery has a capacity of 4.5 million tons annum.
