As a Senior Software Engineer, I am responsible for Planning, Designing and Implementing various application development and maintenance tasks, primarily for integration with Health Authority Abu Dhabi and Dubai Health Post Office.
• Successfully designed and implemented PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) application integrated with HAAD (Health Authority Abu Dhabi), Pharmacy POS system and SAP Material Management Services.
• I am also responsible for implementing HAAD and DHPO Web Services for Medical Procedure Approvals and Claims Processing in EHITS (Electronic Health Insurance Tracking System) application.
• I am tasked to provide Technical Implementation for change requests in PBM and EHITS applications.
• I am involved in gathering end user requirements and provide rapid and reliable solutions with appropriate documentation.
• I contribute my best as part of the teams responsible for preparing User Acceptance Tests and various sessions with end user to run UATs.
• I am involved in various software maintenance and real-time user support tasks for critical issues.
• I am also involved in software deployment planning, piloting and finally taking to Production.

• After 6 months of Military Training, I assumed the duties as Software Design Engineer at Pakistan Naval Dockyard.
• Primarily I was responsible for development and maintenance of various applications used for department operations, personnel training / profiling and Material Management.
• Indigenously developed and implemented Assets Management System used for managing electronic equipment and machinery installed in naval facilities. I was awarded Letter of Commendation by Chief of the Naval Staff Pakistan and letter of appreciation by Commander Logistics Pakistan Navy (copy attached).
• Upon my promotion to the rank of Lieutenant, I was transferred to Pakistan Naval Hospital PNS RAHAT as software analyst for HMIS Project (Hospital Management Information System).
• As a software analyst for HMIS project, I was responsible for user requirement analysis, business process design and end user training.

• I was also involved in the development of Fuel Management System a web based solution to provide monitoring of electric generators at remote locations.
