Job Description:
Qualitative and Quantitative testing of products for purity and quality by using Titration methods, UV/Visible Spectrophotometry, IR Spectrophotometry, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry, Kjeldhal apparatus, Flame Photometer and HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)and other necessary equipment.
Sampling, Testing and documentation of Active and Excipients Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, in process and Finished Products.
Retention of Raw Materials samples and Management of Stability Protocols, Files and Samples according to their storage condition.
Preparation, Retention and labelling of Reagents and Solutions used during routine analysis.
Testing of Distilled, De-ionized, Purified and portable water on daily/weekly basis.
Calibration of pH-Meter, Conductivity Meter and Analytical Balance on daily basis and other equipment according to requirement.
Temperature and Humidity monitoring and checking the compliance.
Preparing standard operating procedures of Raw Materials (Active and inactive).
Conduct supplier approval to list out the approved suppliers.

As a Plant Operator I worked on 32% Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda) production, Per- Floro carboxylic acid type membrane under Vacuum and pressure electrolyzers.
Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications.
Using and developing process simulation software to work out the best production methods.
Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems.
Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities.
Prepares, maintains, retrieves records and documents that may be required to meet requirements.(Manually check the volts, concentrations of input and output solutions)
Working collaboratively with other departments to improve production quality.

B-Tech in Chemical Technology
Diploma of Associate Engineer in Chemical Technology.
High School in Chemistry ,Mathematics,Physics and Biology are selected subjects with English,Urdu,Islamist and geographic are mandatory subjects.
