Manage the audit engagement by defining the audit strategy, in consultation with the senior manager/partner, and executing it in compliance with our policies and protocols.

When required, personally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement.

Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and make sure that delivered client work is of high quality.

Develop an understanding of Clients needs and expectations.

Identify audit team goals, objectives and roles.

Coaches the team on the field on assurance engagements and makes sure that the work plan is properly executed by the team and documented and concluded in compliance with firm and service line policies and protocols and in the scheduled time frame

Contributes to the presentation of our work and its findings to the client under the supervision of a partner/senior manager in assurance. Acts with a clear awareness of belonging to a global team and a global firm.

Provide clients and team members with useful guidance on technical issues and new developments.

Identify, measure and priorities key risks.

Develop comprehensive risk registers for various processes including but not limited to: Strategic Planning, Finance, Procurement, Corporate Technology, Human Resources, Promotion, Legal, etc.

Evaluate internal controls design and effectiveness.

Involved in preparation of risk assessment reports and internal audit plans
