• Responsible for the uninterrupted power availability on the Radio and TETRA sites.
• Providing maintenance service for E&M Equipment on Sites through PMR and CMR of
Generators, MDB Panel, Rectifiers, HVAC Panel, Firefighting panel and Access control panels.
• Ensure immediate responsiveness to E&M TTs on a 24×7 basis and managing technicians.
• To perform Load calculations of the site equipment at HQ control centres and tower sites.
• To do battery backup planning & rectifier/UPS and HVAC requirements at tower sites.
• Working on installation of power 14KVA to 80KVA generators, UPS, Rectifiers, batteries, solar systems and main commercial power supply.
• Prepare daily Genset, AC Main Failure and Low Voltage alarm conduction and analysis reports.
• Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, fault tracing and trouble shooting in generators, ATS, HVAC and power systems.
• Implement HSE policies, Standards and Procedures to ensure safety in work field.
• To purchase and maintain the spare material for maintenance.
• Give technical support to other Radio and Microwave teams regarding electrical power issues.
• Plant maintenance (Electrical/Instrument & Control) to maximize production.
• Identify tasks to be carried out during Plant Maintenance within approved budget.
• Implement HSE policies, Standards and Procedures to ensure safety.
• Review Inventories of spares and consumables to ensure availability of spares for maintenance requirements.
• Working on commissioning and maintenance of PLC (GE FAUNIC and SEIMENS S7) for process automation.
• Designing and Installation of HMI (SCHNEIDER) and configuration with PLC.
• Operations Control and maintenance of SCR & VFD (SIEMENS)
• Working on AC, DC & Servo Variable Frequency Drives (Stober, Parker & Siemens).
• Working on Manual & auto welding system like Izam, & U&S with Lincoln Electric power sources.
• Installation and maintenance of Ultra sonic testing machine. Make GE.& SOFRATEST.
• Fault tracing and trouble shouting in welding units, conveyers, drives, hydro testers, ultrasonic testers and spiral mills.
• Supervise all Electrical Project work, maintenance work and Report this to Sr. Engineer and manager.
• Procurement of equipment & materials including spare materials making PR.
• Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Break down maintenance as per SAP procedure.
• Maintain & update I.S.O. Documentation, Preventive maintenance and Shut down planning.
• Maintaining a daily log book of units and jobs carried out.
Projects :
• Installation and commissioning of double joint project from planning to execution stage and controls to trials complete commissioning of project.
• Installation of SOFRA TEST coil Ultrasonic testing machine at Spiral mill.
• Mainly providing Telecom Maintenance Service for Mobilink Telecom and Power Equipment (Indoor - Outdoor - Exchange) Sites.
• Troubleshooting of transmission link using mini-craft tool.
• Maintaining BTS & GENSET PM and CM records.
• Monitoring external and internal alarms.
• Preventive Maintenance, BTS Internal and External Alarms troubleshooting.
• Rectifier troubleshooting & parameters configuration.
• Battery bank health check and corrective maintenance (CM).
• Power Issue like Rectifier, ATS, Genset
• Commercial Power and different power alarm system recovery, management and planning.
