SABIC Engineering and Project Management (E & PM) assist SABIC Affiliates in implementation
of Mega and Site Projects. Its role includes preparation of Front End Engineering Design (FEED),
Detail Engineering Design and support during Project Execution, Turn Around
Primary Responsibilities:
FEED preparation that includes finalization of scope of work, cost estimation, project strategy,
and overall project schedule for fertilizer, petrochemical, steel plants contain hazardous gases,
sour gas, acids and utilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
Reviews, evaluates and approves plant change / modification request and conceptual designs
proposals. Preparation of detailed design package consists of deliverables like design report,
BOQ, cost estimation, P&ID, piping plan, piping isometrics with pipe support details, preparation
of purchase requisitions, bid evaluation and monitoring of vendor schedule up till delivery of
material/equipment at site.
Supervises construction activities, provide assistance during commissioning, preparation of as-
built drawings and issuance of close out report
The project management includes coordination with construction contractors and HSE
department, JSA preparation for critical jobs, scheduling and monitoring for timely and safe
completion of projects. Verification of as-built drawings and approval of contractors invoice
during project close out.
The modifications include minor ones and CAPEXs and cover entire plant i.e. ethylene plants
having sour gas service medium (EP1, EP2, ERU), LDPE 1, 2 & 3, LLDPE, logistic and utility.

pipelines projects.
Sahil & Shah Full Fields Development (SAS FFD) Project
This project related to the detailed engineering of two 16” SMLS MOL pipelines. The Shah-Asab
MOL is 900# rating 60Kms long while Sahil-Asab is 600# rating 48Kms long pipe line. The
engineering activities are pipeline thickness verification, crossing calculation, field bend
calculation and finalization of alignment sheets, block valve station layouts and approach
drawings.
Shah Product Pipelines (SGD Pkg 5) Project
This involves the proposal for detailed engineering of three product pipelines; 36” Gas line of
127Km, 16” NGL Line of 66 Km and 16”Condensate line of 66Km, block valve stations, launching
and receiving stations.
Piping & Pipeline”
CLOUGH is Australian based engineering, construction and asset support contractor providing
full project life cycle solutions. The turnkey services range from complex front-end engineering
design, construction, installation and commissioning to long-term operations and maintenance.
Saqib-1A EWT Wellhead Development Project/ Flow Line Detail Engineering
This project includes the detail engineering of Saqib-1A sour gas Well head facility that includes
Pig Launcher, Pig Receiver, cooling tower and its associated piping. Saqib-1A flow line 8” CS, 13
km long, 900# rating and Tie-in of this flow line to the central gas processing plant.
Latif-2 EWT Wellhead Development Project
This includes the detail engineering of Latif-2 sour gas well head facility and Tie-in of flow line to
the existing Latif-1 well head facility.
Design Review of Pig Launcher and Pig Receiver Project
The scope of

MAJOR PROJECTS
ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility I
This project involves detailed engineering of a new process column and stress analysis of
associated piping in an existing condensate processing facility.
ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility II
This project involves basic and detailed engineering of a new condensate processing facility of
5000 BPD capacity. The work includes development of plot plan, equipment layout, piping
layouts, piping isometrics, stress analysis of critical lines and static equipment design i.e. pressure
vessel, heat exchanger, storage tank. Preparation of applicable engineering documents like
Vendor Pre-Qualification, ITB, TBA, Project Specifications and equipment data sheets for the
whole project.
Bobi Condensate Storage Tanks
This project includes detailed engineering of cone roof storage tanks for condensate storage and
its associated piping
Mela EWT Project
This project involves detailed engineering of a new sour gas well head treatment facility. The
work includes development of plot plan, piping layouts and mechanical design calculation of
Pressure Vessel (Test Separator)
BOSICOR Revamp Project
This project involves preparation of Engineering Design Specification (EDS) Packages for cooling
water system, steam generation system and raw water system. The package includes the
adequacy check of existing available system with the revamp capacity of the plant.
The company involves in production and sale of welding electrodes. The engineering activities,
which I had done are:
* Steam Piping from Boiler to different production units
* Development of associated piping layouts and piping isometrics
* Material Take off
