Scope of work - Technical Prequalification of Manufacturing plants and equipment's, spare parts, site visit, preparing reports
Decision making on acceptance / rejection as per Saudi Electricity Company procedure, Developments of Department procedures.
Under NOMAC -Maintenance management of Shuqaiq -2 IWPP (Independent Water and Power Project)
Toledo Arabia for SWCC TB WTs Project (Worth 238 million $, Saudi Arabia)
(Construction and commissioning of pipe line, pumping stations, Steel tanks, 21 MW Diesel Engine Power House)
Construction of Equipment's:
Monitor and Review construction progress. Provides/comments/ feed back to relevant teams for preparation of relevant Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports for the electromechanical construction works.
Meetings with Consultant/client (upstream) as well as with the electromechanical subcontractors / vendors (downstream).
Manage the securing of the Mechanical Completion certification.
Commissioning of equipment's :
Coordinate the submission /review/ approval of the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Plans and procedures of plant equipment's.
Coordinate the Pre-commissioning / Commissioning of the works upon achieving the Mechanical Completion status.
Responsible to ensure that the Provisional Acceptance Certificate (leading to commencement of the Warranty Period) is secured on time and without penalty.
Coordinate the submission/review/approval of the Operation & Maintenance Manuals responsible to close-out and outstanding issues (NCR, punch list etc.)

My responsibilities are to lead the construction team for the construction and commissioning of plant utilities, Gas Turbines accessories, Utility piping, Fire water systems, Crude and Diesel oil piping and pumping station of big complex, Steel structure.
Provides inputs to projects teams for take over activities, as required. Development, Implementation of activities according to relevant Procedures. Provides input for checking and testing / handing over activities according to relevant SOPs.
Inspect the working of Project teams, ensures that these are completed as per scheduled and conforms to established quality standards of work.
Responsible for prompt and timely execution of Projects & other industrial activities.
Provides/comments/feed back to relevant teams for preparation of relevant Reports. Responsible to conduct technical training and meetings for team members.
Undertake monthly performance review.
Liaison with the clients, vendors and other relevant parties.
Coordinate with Logistics section for in-time spares and materials availability.
Ensures that ISO 9001, EN ISO1400, OHSAS1800 procedures are followed correctly.
