I have experience in drilling and completion related work with emphasis on robust quality assurance/quality control programs related to goods and services used in (sour services) drilling and completion operations. I am able to read and interpret a wide range of engineering drawings and schematics. I am able to provide engineering and training solutions to reduce the risk of structural and mechanical failure of down hole drilling, completion equipment, surface handling and a variety of specialty tools.
MAIN TASKS:
Prequalification of Construction and Third party inspection contractors.
Reviewing of design for Reliability, Operability and Maintainability.
Developing Risk Based Inspection Plans and carry out regular inspections of equipment and schematics to ensure reliability and availability.
I have possessed ASNT (SNT-TC-1A and CP189) Level II in MT, UT, VT, ET and PT commensurate with advanced fatigue mitigation techniques. Knowledge in RT is also a plus.
I have possessed in-depth knowledge of welding, threading, and manufacturing codes as well as repair or service procedures/practices for surface and sub surface drilling and completion equipment. The above includes specific knowledge of and experience with OCTG work strings, such as drill pipe, HWDP, (non-magnetic) drill collars, casing, tubing and a host of other non-specified, but associated drilling and completion equipment
Standards DS-1/NS-1 and NS-2 for Drill Stem Design and Inspection, IADC Drilling Manuel (latest edition), American Welding Society Section VIII (latest edition), NACE MR0175 (latest edition, Premium Threaded Product (field evaluation of threads), API Specifications Tubular and NDE Inspection Related Shell Quality Manuals, EMDC Quality Manuals and other quality manuals of prominent industry providers (such as NOV/Grant Prideco, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Weatherford, Vallourec, Tenaris and so on.
I have around 16 years experience in the oil and gas industries (Upstream, Mid stream, Downstream), Power Utilities, Refining & Terminal Storage, LNG, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer Complex, Drilling and General process industry focusing on project delivery activities on a wide range of project from FEED through EPC into operations, preferably with both operator and contractors.
I have also the relevant qualifications, familiarity and typically industry experience as QA/QC, Integrity Assessment, Inspection & Corrosion covering the offshore / onshore oil and gas etc. industry assets like Structure, Pipelines, Piping, Tanks and Equipments etc. integrity management through the application of risk-based inspection and reliability techniques including extensive experience in Quality Management and closely related fields of Asset Integrity & Reliability Management System.
I have also an extensive experience in Engineering / Construction / Commissioning with an Oil & Gas Operating Company and now last two years in an asset integrity-related position. The accompaniment by my established capability in maintenance management systems; integrity engineering techniques and procedures coupled with a working knowledge of mechanical design standards, relevant codes and recommended practices.
Through knowledge in best practices and latest technology in areas such as industry standards and specifications (such as API and / or ISO 9000) for manufacturing, inspecting, storing and maintenance of oilfield equipment.

I am willing to be a Wells team member wishing to embark on an aggressive implementation of Wells Performance (Improvement) Plans with milestones and targets that must be met.
To ensuring that QA/QC measures are in place for ordering, receiving, storage, dispatching, and installation of maintenance materials and supplies, Controls are in place against installation of wrong parts, bypassing critical controls, and other maintenance errors that can result in serious accidents or incidents.
To ensuring that Management Of Change procedure is strictly being followed and all changes are evaluated and approved prior to the changes taking place.
Coordinating inspection programs in accordance with facility procedures and supervision of third party inspection activities.
Coordinating annual integrity reviews with Departmental Managers / Technical Authorities
Coordinating effective implementation of Technical Integrity processes and standards.
Tender preparation and Bid evaluation through to placement of Order and Execution of Contracts.
Vendor Documentation review and coordination of technical input from Specialist.
Supervision of weld test activities, instrumentation calibration, factory acceptance tests, loop testing and rotating equipment tests etc.
Responsible for ensuring successful integration of new and upgraded equipment into the existing plant and equipment.
To ensuring Process Containment by verifying those Inspection activities and their frequencies are adequate to ensure that risk of failure is acceptable.
Certified Welding Inspector
Computer Diploma in 6 month for the windows based application, Ms-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, In-page, E-mail, Internet, Auto-Cad 2000 etc.
