Prepared annual, monthly and weekly workplans and ensure their implementation with in the available budget, required timeline and project implementation strategy
Management and ope-rationalization of health facilities in the district
Work closely in coordination with other sectors
Develop and implement a plan on community mobilization
Prepare monthly reports on the basis of HMIS
Train, monitor and supervise the staff in the field
Ensure personal and staff security in coordination with security officer
