My duties are
- Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
- Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
- Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure

As a Sourcing & Planning Manager I am responsible for handling the company’s end to end sourcing operations:-

I am responsible for the import of High Quality Building materials (Tiles, Sanitary wares, Sanitary Fittings, Lightings, & HANEX Acrylic Sheets) from Italy, Spain, Germany, China, Korea and other countries.
I am handling Logistics & Supply Chain matters; Follow up of all shipments from origin to final destination.
Being an Import Manager it is my duty to deal with Suppliers, freight forwarders, Shipping Lines, Customs Clearing Agents, Customs Authorities, banks and to coordinate with sales team for proper & in-time supply of the goods.
I also support sales team for quick & proper after sales service.
All international & interdepartmental correspondences being made in my supervision. Also, responsible to find new suppliers of related products.
I am also responsible for all the local purchases & supervise all stores.
All contracts / requisitions are prepared and finalized in my supervision.
Set up modern warehouse by adopting latest supply chain and stock management tool within a short period of three months

All the local purchases were made in my supervision
I supervised all warehouses of the company and set up standards to maintain proper supply chain & to update stocks.
I was responsible for all types of correspondences & to assist two Directors & Admin / Commercial Manager as well. All correspondences of the company made through me.
All foreign travel arrangements of the Company Directors was also my duty.
I was also responsible for the E - research & development of new fibers & Textile Machinery related to spinning sector.
During my stay at Din Textile Mills Ltd., I introduced number of new ibers, like Lycra® (Spandex) by DuPont, Nomex Fiber (Fire Retardant), Amicor Fiber, Polynosic fiber, Modal Fiber, Tencel Fiber, Organic Cotton etc.
I was responsible for the sales & promotion of Citi Bank Credit Cards
During my stay, many times I won the sales promotions
I was one of the top ten sales executives during my stay at Citi Bank
I was responsible to run Lahore zonal office in collaboration of Zonal Chairman. Core Duties were

3. Keep record of Textile Quota
4. Verification and authentication of textile quota held be members.
5. transfer of textile quota.
6. Correspondence between association's offices and member firms.
