• Releasing shipments after getting PO number form Merch team.
• Making discrepancy of shipments and updating regarding Merchandising & Buying team.
• Analyzing the Putaway and closing PO

• Handling the PRO making records and releasing for supplier
2. Outbound/Order fulfillment
• Handling the Picking and maintaining the targets hourly
• Taking care of Stock count & assuring the stock available in good condition
• Analyzing the Allocation and assuring the order segregation going on smoothly
• Taking care of quality control team & packing of shipments as well as air waybill printing & manifest dept.
• In short taking care of the operation taking the decision as per demand and bearing stress form management and achieving targets on daily basis.
