• Reduced documentation errors by 80% and improved process flow by developing automated 'Delivery Note' document creator based on Microsoft Excel VBA.
• Improved workshop documentation and provided 33% more control over projects cost by introducing project-based hours logging for the first time.
• Increased cost efficiency & speed of production and managed the complete operation for over a 1+ million Saudi Riyals project with ARAMCO.
• Successfully developed a full-scale (30-feet long) aircraft model in just 25 days from concept design till DFAM as well as from printing till finishing.
