SKYBOOM (Scissor lifts, articulated and telescopic boom lifts).
• Currently won and working on many big projects. The main focus is to provide the best solution, services and shortest response time to the clients, which is the key to winning these projects.
• Actively monitoring the market for new and upcoming projects, by continuous follow-up with clients and continuous site visits.
• Doing competitor analysis on regular basis and developing sales strategy accordingly.
• Submitting quotations and tenders in a timely manner and coordinating with contractors and clients to win the order.
• Resolving technical queries, preparing submittals and drawings, supervising the technical team for smooth project operation and hand-over.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports using CRM and SAP.
• Attended Konecranes product training in Hameenlina and Hyvinkaa Factories in Finland.
• Attended STILL and SKYBOOM product training in Qatar.

- Searching new clients for our product range and services and providing them the best solution for there applications.
- Researching the client's organization chart and targeting the right person to provide the products and services.
- Building strong relationship with the existing clients by managing and interpreting there requirements and keeping regular follow-ups.
- Clients include container terminal authorities, ship builders, marine companies, on shore and off shore service companies.
- Principles include Balkancar Podem (Overhead cranes and Hoists), Terex-Noell (STS, RTG, RMG), Ferri (Marine and Off-shore cranes), MKG (Marine and Off-shore cranes), CVS Ferrari (Reach stackers, Empty container handler, heavy duty forklifts), TCA (Man lifts, Mobile elevated work platform), Meclift (Variable reach truck, Side reach stacker, Container movers), Balkancar (Forklifts), Jekko (Mini cranes), Gosan (Sheaves), TM international (crane retrofitting and refurbishment).
- Managing CRM to assure the company relationship with each client.
- Coordinating with procurement department to assure that client's requirements are met in the specific time frame.
- Providing the best techno-commercial offer to the clients, preparing technical presentations, negotiating the terms and conditions to meet both the client and company requirements.
- Coordinating with after-sales team to provide after sales services which is the key to a strong relation with the client.
- Carrying out product training and discussing the products with the sales team for better knowledge.
- Attending conferences, seminars and exhibitions to understand the market situation.
- Preparing weekly, monthly and yearly reports for the management.
