Supervision and Implementation of site specific ESMP and ensure compliance with
rules and regulation of ADB and national standards.
Conduct Environmental Assessment of the projects, and develop environmental action
plans to correct any non-compliance issues and work with operations and
management for implementation.
Preparation of the monthly & annual compliance reports of the subproject and get
approval from the LESCO and ADB.
Preparation and implementation of the TMP, WMP, LIMP and Inception Reports for
different project and ensure all the projects activates are happening in safely manner.
Risk Assessment of the Grid Station, Roads and other projects area to ensure no
harm to workers and residence of the area.
Conducts daily inspection of the permit to work and ensure all the necessary
requirements are available before the start of the work activates.
Electrical Hazard Identification & safety training at Grid Station.
Fire Hazard Identification & safety training at Grid Station to workers on random
basis.
Tool Box Talk on Excavation, Work at Height, Confined Space, Road Safety, General
HSE Trainings.
Preparation of the Accident/Incident Investigation report and ensure implementation
of corrective action plan.
Conducting Environmental and HSE Audits and inspections of the sub project and
submit report to the client.
Organizing and attending public consultation meetings.
Conducting/ supervising surveys, managing project teams and giving out
presentations to project affected people and stakeholders.
Meeting with Government and Non-Government Organizations along with every
stakeholder for data collection.
Conduct Environmental Monitoring’s on Site.
Ensuring proper records are maintained and kept.
