• Validation of all type of vouchers (JV, CPV, BPV and BRV)
• Call the all parties of bank and cash payment
• Preparation of payment advice of all parties
• Preparation dispatch report and store return and outward return
• Coordination with the supplier and distributor regarding the any payment issue
• Conformation with the supplier and distributor for online transaction in bank accounts and cash received from distributors at collection center
• Check and balance the purchase of the company
• Stock auditing of the company and reporting to mangers
• Party Reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations
• Inter unit Reconciliations
• Prepare all type of Store vouchers (ISN, SRN, GRN)
• Prepare the delivery order of the costumer
• Prepare the sale invoices of delivery order
