● To ensure that company policies are communicated to all company personnel and
personnel working in the premises of the company.
● Maintain regular and effective liaison with all level of management and health and safety
authorities.
● Assist in the investigation of accidents and dangerous occurrences,
● Develop and maintain safe working procedures and health safety plans as necessary for
controlling site and associated activities.
● Ensure that all personnel attends the Facility safety induction program and other specific
training modules.
● Carry out regular site inspections and report to Facility Manager.
● Perform regular inspection of subcontractors to confirm compliance with the
management system.
● Ensure that to record and monitor potentially hazardous substances brought to the site in
place.
● Conduct in-house training and safety talks for the employees.
● Check Facility security, firefighting, and fire detection, first aid, and welfare facilities and
report any deficiency to the Facility manager.
● Ensure local rules, regulations and international standards are followed during the work
by all employees.
● Motivate and encourage people to work safely.
● Coordinate and conduct HSE safety meeting and communicate all concern and sort out
all issues.
