Complete responsibility to maintain company accounts and provide inter and annual reports to Management.
Engage with External Auditors and liaise with them to finalize the annual audit and Zakat.
VAT Management, Reconciliation of Input and Output Vat account, Monthly VAT submission and attending queries from GAZT.
Liaison with Internal Auditors ensure the compliance of organizational policies and procedures.
Other all day-to-day accounting functions and liaise with other departments to attend queries regarding accounts.
Supervise all day today accounting functions. Ensure complete, accurate and timely financial reporting. Ensure compliance with organizational and Governmental policies and procedures.
Prepare monthly Management reports. Like Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Aging Stock & receivables reports and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) etc.
Assist and provided information and reports to the external auditors at the year end.
Handle various accounting functions which includes processing payments, preparing journal vouchers, maintaining accounting systems.
Responsible for monthly closing entries for prepayments, accrued expenses etc.
Responsible for maintaining all company’s Insurance accounts i.e. addition and deletion for medical/Property/Vehicles Insurances.
Maintain detailed Fixed Asset Register covering all aspects of Purchase, Valuation, depreciation, audit, and disposal.
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
Reconciliation of Related party accounts and settlement.
Coordination the A/P and A/R to ensure all payments and billings reviewed for authorization, accuracy, and appropriateness prior to processing.
Supervise annual physical inventory count and review the variances reports and make necessary adjustments in the system.
