1. Operation & Maintenance various type of Hot Dyeing Machine (This, Dilmenler, Suntex & Texlink), Cool Dyeing Machine (Fongs), Stanter Machine (Bruckner), Slitter Machine, De-Water Machine, Open Compactor, Tube Compactor, Dryer Machine (Suntex), Inspection Machine, 14 Station Automatic Printing Machine (MHM SP-3000), Curing Dryer, Tremble Dryer, Lab Dip, Hydro Extractor, Washing Machine etc.
2. Operation & Maintenance works of Boiler, Gas Generator, Diesel Generator, Sub-Station, Distribution Transformer, LT panel, Industrial power distribution system, BBT, MDB, SDB, DB, Air Compressor, ETP, and WTP.
3. Having sound working experience of Automatic Fire Detection & Notification system drawing, Installation, Erection, Programming & Loop Design, Panel to Panel Networking, and Graphics Interfacing of the fire detection system according to NFPA & BNBC standard. \[Hochiki\]
4. Perform operation & maintenance work of all Electrical Equipment & Machinery in Dyeing section, Finishing section, Inspection section, Printing section, lab section.
5. Able to handle any kinds of buyer audit like electrical safety, fire safety, electrical assessment audit, third party audit etc. Have faced the audit of Accord, Alliance, Li & Fung.
6. Expert in Auto CAD, Able to drawing & design any kind of
i. Electrical layout,
ii. Single line diagram (SLD),
iii. Earthing layout,
iv. Machine & Equipment layout,
v. Automatic fire detection & notification System,
vi. ETP single line diagram, and
vii. Air/Water/Steam flow diagram \[According BNBC & NFPA stranded\]
7. Preparing machine preventive, periodic maintenance list, duty roster, manpower update list etc.
8. Maintaining DB, SDB checklist, IPS & IPS battery water checklist, motion sensor checklist, emergency exit light checklist, ZT issue checklist, DB, SDB log sheet, lightning arrester checklist, earth testing checklist.
9. Installation of Inverter (VFD) for AC motor control, star-delta, reverse forward, DOL starter etc.
