Obtain essential details when a customer reports a claim.
To determine policy coverage
Registering the claims into system.
To appoint loss adjuster if required.
Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.
Monitoring the progress of a claim
To ensure regular follow-up of claims, with the insured, Loss adjusters, brokers etc.
Ensure claim procedures, documentation is adhered and settled effectively according to company policies
To liaise with the reinsures and respond to their claim and placement relates queries.
To liaise with the underwriters and finance, when and where required
Perform any other duties, task oriented or claims related as may be delegated by Claims Manager.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly bordereau.
Timely settlement of the claim within the given turnaround time
To ensure the premiums are fully settled for the policies with claims.

Provide administrative/coordinate support for the department/division such as maintenance, resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
Manage and monitor daily routine tea boys and housekeeping operation
Developing & implementing admin policies & procedures to improve efficiency
Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary
Maintaining proper record of all service contracts.
Handling the Repair and Maintenance work (South Region)
Managing the equipment e.g. ACs, Generator, and UPS etc.,
Ensuring that maintenance staff, caretakers & contractors are doing their duties.
Liaison with different government departments.
Provide administrative support to the department such as maintenance, housekeeping, resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
Vendor liaison for smooth event arrangement.
Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
Preparing MOU as per requirement of the customers.
Maintaining proper record of clients.
Maintaining proper record of all service contracts.
Maintaining proper logbook for generator usage & diesel filling.
Supervising janitorial operations.
Supervising building maintenance work & staff security.
Preparing Purchase Order and GRN of Purchased Goods.
Liaison with company vendors.
Stock keeping as per company SOPs.
Provide administrative support to the department such as maintenance, house keeping and resolving the administrative problems and inquiries.
