Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the company’s goals. Establish and develop strategies, policies, and goals for the warehouse. Build warehouse policies that improve and speed up work procedures. Manage the warehouse and the workers and ensuring that all work mechanisms are applied that in turn lead to the success of all operations within the warehouse. Manage the operations of entering goods after receiving them and following up the process of registering them and adding them to the stock balance. Manage the process of receiving incoming orders to warehouses, then inventorying them, ensuring their arrangement inside warehouses, recording the necessary information on them and updating them continuously. Manage the process of organizing and arranging warehouse goods in a manner that is easy to access and maintain in a way that facilitates transportation and counting operations, ensures their safety and prevents loss or damage. Ensure that the warehouse space is utilized to the maximum extent possible. Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and arranging it periodically. Distribute tasks to workers and employees and ensuring their commitment to applicable work policies and procedures and meeting their demands. Supervise and evaluate the performance level of warehouse employees and working to raise and develop work efficiency. Supervise the disbursement of the goods as mentioned in the sales orders after ensuring the correctness of their contents, recording the exchange orders according to the applicable warehouse system, and ensuring that the means of transportation are secured. Supervise the periodic inventory operations and ensuring that the actual quantities match the balances. Follow up the balances in warehouses according to the approved procedures and ensure the availability of a minimum amount of each item or product.Ensure the implementation of safety and protection systems in warehouses and take the necessary precautions against fire, theft and various dangers to maintain the safety and validity of the stored items.Ensure keeping records and documents related to warehouses showing the quantities and types stored, and following up on updating them.Follow up on the validity of official papers and certificates of the warehouse and the validity of health licenses for workers.Supervise the daily transfer of components and returns to the designated site, and making reports on it.Follow up on the technical condition of the vehicles and equipment belonging to the warehouse, and request maintenance work for them when needed.Review and audit the incoming and outgoing invoices.Organize and manage the movement of drivers and vehicles belonging to the warehouse and ensure the safe and timely delivery of products and goods.Preparing reports for slow consumption goods in coordination with the sales manager.Continuous communication with the sales manager to know the needs of the sales department from the procurement.Continuous communication with sales executive to know their needs of goods, determine priorities and work to secure them.Follow up on problems and errors that occur during the daily workflow and find appropriate solutions for them.

Warehouse Planning
Plan and supervise the workflow in a warehouse
Ensure to support in the plan for warehouse management and maintenance
Ensure effective warehouse productivity measures & minimum shipments turnaround time
Minimize warehouse costs through effective management and control of storage cost, labors cost, etc
Carry out manpower planning, work scheduling and employee supervision to ensure desired warehouse Productivity

Warehouse Operations
Supervise and coordinate the receiving, unloading and assembling of inbound stock.
Evaluate condition of stock and ensure quality check
Supervise stacking and storage of goods and maintain safety measures to preserve goods
Ensure & inspect loading area, & storage room’s cleanliness, maintained, housekeeping and
secured in the warehouse Resolve.
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
Manage receiving of ordered products from suppliers, and monitor quality and quantity inspection against approved purchase order
Ensure products are stored correctly and safely, as well as maintain safe and clean workplace in compliance with regulations
Inspect the minimum and maximum level of stock. Coordinate with purchasing section to confirm orders. Classify all items & ensure their optimal level of stock (not high & not low) by classifying them into valued items & normal items
Identify the stocks that are in the ware house for long time and bring it to the attention of the concept manager and the Inventory controller
Report & justify of defective or expired materials for disposal

Inventory management
Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts,
stock takes and audit of same to verify results and performs shrinkage calculation
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Ensuring efficient space utilization, Maintain storage space by organizing warehouse space and adhere to storage design principles and safety procedures
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area, Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy, Supervise the receipt and actual delivery in the warehouse and monitor its compliance with the inventory records
Prepare weekly inventory movements report and conduct system reconciliation to assure records accuracy.
Participates in annual and on-going physical inventory program in order to confirm the accuracy and completeness of data records and to assist in identifying and resolving anomalies.
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Logistics operations
Check the status of all/any Inbound or Outbound Shipments.
Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery
Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistic pathways and execute logistics plan for on-time delivery


Distribution operations
Ensure Stock replenishment and timely delivery of the warehouse to the store on time
Oversee loading, dispatching and delivery of stock from warehouse to the stores
Plan daily distribution and ensure the receipt of acknowledgement copies of the dispatch

People Management
Oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the direct reports
Managing and directing the team members from storekeeper, Labors and drivers,


Documentations
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly warehouses reports
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of vehicles

Safety and Security
Maintain an orderly work area and ensure security and safety of the warehouse
Ensure warehouse regulatory compliance as per Civil Defense, Baladiya & SFDA etc. to avoid any penalties.
