• Built the following infrastructure in the bank,
- Built Help Desk for 130 branches and 2000 staff.
- Implemented branch wise Active Directory in 130 Branches which were short of Domain.
- Implemented Antivirus infrastructure to protect bank data and pass External audit.
- Installed Microsoft update server for Datacenter wintel server and workstation.
- Implemented helpdesk fault ticketing system to gain IT value.
- Implemented Single active Directory on 14 domain controller and 11 sites and removed 130 servers.
- After single AD I have introduced Microsoft System Center Operation manager, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
- Optimized antivirus infrastructure and implemented on three servers for 130 branches.
- Optimized the datacenter and introduced Hypervisor technology.
- Managed Lotus Notes for 5000 users.
- Implemented EMC sourceOne for compliance.
- Migrated Lotus Notes to Exchange2010 for best ROI.
- Managing Siebel CRM.
- Implemented Service Disk.
- Integrated all application on the day of merger of the bank
