• OPERATION SUPPORT ENGINEERING SUPPORT (OSES)
I am working in "ZADCO" under OSES department of all Engineering support for Offshore & Onshore e.g.;
Upper Zakum, Central Complex, Well Head platforms, All Satellite Platform, Zirku

Now I am working a main project
"All Open Drain / Vent sample points hook up to close system"
In this project my responsibilities are:-
• I have to arrange site visit plan, go there As built all my P&ID's preparing the routing plan and come back.
• Check with Piping Arrangement, Instrument drawings, Construction ISO's and compare with site visit detail.
• Then I prepare new ISO's with all details and prepare complete package to issue for site peoples.

➢ Upper Zakum Production Availability Enhancement:- • Connection between UAD and NMOL piping at Central Complex.

➢ Transfer Pump-D, Recycle Line Modification:- • Modification on Crude Transfer Pump-D, Recycle Line:-

➢ 434-V-001 Overhead Accumulator, Interphase LCV-012 routing to close drain:-

• I have to arrange site visit plan, go there As built P&ID, G.A., preparing the 2-3 option of routing plan and come back. Then discuss with my Engineer and final.
• Prepare new ISO's, modify P&ID, G.A. complete all package and issue for site.
• All procedure almost same for all jobs.

ZAKUM CENTRAL COMPLEX (OFFSHORE SITE)

• GTP (Gas Treatment Plant)
• CSP (Central Separation Plant)
• WIP (Water Injection Plant)

• WHPT (Well Head Platform)
• NSP (North Satellite Platform)
• SSP (South Satellite Platform)
• WSP (West Satellite Platform)

I am working all above platforms and my wok responsibilities are under below:-
Site visit & prepare all as built drawings like ISO's, GA., & P&ID's,
make hand sketches for missing lines according to site.
Draw complete Schematic Piping Isometric with all information e.g.; Layers, Blocks, Pipe Supports, and IP & ITL points etc.
All Isometric drawings check with P&ID & GA drawings.
