This position reports to the IT Director of the company.
• Support Finance & Supply Chain functions in optimizing performance management, reporting and results analysis and managing 4 direct reports.
• Analyze, develop/deploy, business feasible applications to achieve business goals.
• Implementing projects involving changes in business processes by implementing systems that are easy to use and have desired controls.
• Manage the development and implementation of outsourced projects.
• Ensure software quality standards for the solutions being implemented for Finance functions.
• Minimize technical interruption in business operations through continuous software support.
This position reports to the IT Director of the company.
• Responsible for all IT related systems and activities in Finance (GL, AP, AR) & Sales and managing 3 direct reports.
• Identifying and analyzing business needs, re-engineering business processes, designing and implementing cost effective IT based solutions.
• Developing IT strategy and translating it into tactical objectives and actions and working closely with business managers for its implementation.
• Playing a vital role in the implementation of SAP, acting as an ITTL (IT Team Lead) for SAP FICO Module.
• Bring simplification by identifying different areas of business that can be automated.
• Identifying training needs and conducting training sessions on new systems and technology
• Coaching and mentoring of team members
This position reports to the ITBP Supply Chain.
• Supporting ERP Supply Chain system.
• Resolving issues related to MFG/PRO functionalities and its processes
• Guiding and liaising with Planners in getting the optimal output from ERP (MFG/PRO) system.
• Member of MIS team, supporting business via Business Object tool.
• To prepare for UAT (User Acceptance Training) and collate feedback for customization.
• Providing ongoing software support to minimize technical interruption in business operations.
Joined as a junior software engineer and recorded an exceptional growth rate. Last position hold was of a team leader in which I worked on many desktop and web applications. One of my greatest achievement as a team leader was in which I completely analyzed, designed and part-developed the software for BRITISH COUNCIL known as VSMS (Venue Staff Management Software), also been involved in other different web related projects Sound professional hand on developing different web sites and Software Quality Assurance is my extra ability to create satisfactory projects.
Projects Achievements:-
VSMS (Venue Staff Management System) Project:-
The project was roll out for British Council of Pakistan, it was to maintain record of all the invigilators, to auto -generate their duties letters for all the exam that the British Council is conduction and it also enable them to print variety of different report to fulfill their requirements. This software intelligently selects the available invigilators for upcoming sessions (exams) and assigned them to their respective Venues with specified ratio of students. Using front-end as VB6 and MS Access as back end.
