Studying tenders and performing the required hardware and software tasks related to PLC works
Such as HW engineering, panel building, code design, HMI screens, Pre-commissioning and commissioning tests.
Tasks handled :
1- Upgrading Siemens S5 system Panels of demineralized water package for MIDOR refinery in Alexandria to be with PACsystem Rx3i using Profinet Controllers (PNC) and Profinet Scanners (PNS) and updating cimplicity from version 4 to be 8.2. Conducting HW&SW engineering and Panel building working .
2-Commissioning & Startup of QASR COMPRESSOR station for KHALDA Petroleum Company (KPC), including hot loop and function tests .Using Cimplicity 8.2 as a SCADA linking with historian server, also communicating with multiple packages using serial or Modbus TCP/IP . The project is supposed to maintain the current gas production by compressing the gas that comes from reservoirs.
3-Participating in Factory Acceptance Test for QASR COMPRESSOR project to (KPC) supervised by ENPPI, handling the test communication with the project ModBus communication packages. Checking the test of HART communication with field devices through multiplexers and HART termination boards.

Projects Implemented:
1- ASC (Alexandria Sugar Company) for panel building, panel testing, Pre-commissioning and commissioning. Installing a Complete Optical fiber ring between Remote Input Output cabinets with 8000 meters optical fiber cable length. Project IO count 5886 with 52 control panel and remote IO
2- AQF (Abu Qir Fertilizing Company): Revamping Factory Control system from Simatic C1 (1976) to the latest
control system for Step7 400-Hot swapping full redundant. Studying tender document and performing Hardware Engineering, building up wiring documents for the control panels, programming the software for PLC and HMI, 1000 IO count.
designing the full power system for the GSM telecom towers, including electric equipment Inside the shelter, the technical AutoCAD drawing, the project specifications.
Working on hybrid energy development using solar energy to maximize power saving for telecom sites.
