Preparing specifications & drawings for tendering for new lifting stations. Review contractor's proposals & submittals and ensure that they meet the contract specification. Supervise the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure installations are in accordance with contract specifications and drawings, and progression is according to time plan. Review and approve contractor's payment. Coordination with other supervising teams (civil - electrical). Periodic inspection of pumping stations to ensure proper operation of each unit. Follow up of the operation and issuing maintenance orders of pumping stations, heavy equipment, and vehicles.

Managing a water delivery program located at Berqash zone at Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road that includes the installation and erection of a new DN1000 pipeline, construction of valve chambers, ground tank lining with HDPE, and Installation and testing of pumping stations.
