Duties & Responsibilities:
- Involvement in project planning
- Multiple options preparation and budget estimations
- Development of project activities in Gantt Chart
- Prepare project budget planning and execution monitoring.
- Evaluation of project activities status with respect to designed project timeline as per Gantt Chart
- Taking off quantities of structural, architectural and MEP items.
- Coordination with procurement and supply chain for vendor short listing as per approved budget and BOQ
- Direct coordination with the Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and Construction Manager & Project Manager for drawing interpretations; Provide input in scheduling.
- Prepare reinforcement shop drawings using & bar bending schedule.
- Coordinate w/ Site Superintendent regarding reinforcement placement & layout on site.
- Attending project meetings for progress updates & to address design issues
- Quantify reinforcement via Bar Bending Schedule based on the approved shop drawings.
- Discourse to Site Inspector / QC regarding issues on site.
- All studies, designs, drawings, calculations, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, as and when necessary, shall be Submitted to management for acceptance before execution, and prepared as per contractual conditions, manufacturer’s recommendations, Employers Requirements, project specifications and applicable standards.
- Site inspection as per approved drawing from Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP)
- Installation Qualification (IQ) of material used at site
- Support to Validation Department for Operational and Performance Qualification
- Coordination with other engineering departments for Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPs)
- Responsible for developing a complete set of design / contract drawings to meet current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirement
- Assist in solving engineering design related conflicts & discrepancies.
- Provide advice & coaching trainee CAD technicians when requested & Work with team member’s specified aspects of the project.
- Inspect site for any variation to be coordinated in As-Built Drawings & Prepare As-built drawing for project close-out.
- Plant Site visits to evaluate existing conditions out skirt area for maintenance roads, parking lots & landscaping.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist project set up by agreeing drawing strategy, type and size of drawings & drawing numbering with project engineer.
- Responsible for developing a complete set of design / contract drawings to meet client & engineers demand and Check contract drawing for possible design variation.
- Prepare other related works including coordination drawings as instructed by the Area Technical Manager & the Structural Engineer.
- Being proficient in concrete & steel structures, develop detailed cross-sections & general arrangement drawings from engineer’s sketches per architecture, service & site requirements.
- Direct coordination with the Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and Construction Manager & Project Manager for drawing interpretations;
Provide input in scheduling.
- Prepare reinforcement shop drawings using AutoCAD 2012 & bar bending schedule using RebarCAD 9.09.
- Taking off quantities of structural, architectural and MEP items.
- Coordinate w/ Site Superintendent regarding reinforcement placement & layout on site.
- Quantify reinforcement via Bar Bending Schedule based on the approved shop drawings.
- Discourse to Site Inspector / QC regarding issues on site.
- Assist in posting RFIs for engineering design related conflicts & discrepancies.
- Inspect site for any variation to be coordinated in As-Built Drawings & Prepare As-built drawing for project close-out.
- Perform other related task assigned by Project Manager and Project Engineer.
- Provide advice & coaching trainee CAD technicians when requested & Work with team member’s specified aspects of the project.
Architecture work Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting Coordination and shop drawings i.e (Dry walls, Studs Framings, Tile and Stone Layout plan or Fixing Details, Ceiling layout plan and fixing details, Ceiling bulk head details, Seismic Ceiling Details and Partition walls finishing detail from IFC (ISSUE FOR CONSTRUCTION).
- Preparing drawings for STEEL STAIR CASE i.e Stair hand railing, guard railing, landing deck, as well as Picket Fence, Picket Fence Sliding doors, RMS Steel Structure at roof top building, chiller at rooftop base connect to roof slab etc. Also negotiate with fabricators.
- Preparing Drawing for blocking drywalls for different accessories where required.
- Preparing shop drawings from submittals and specifications.
- Specify the nature and quality of materials required.
- Weekly basis site visits to each related my work check the quality of work with site QAQC engineers and discussing the issues rises on site.
- Regular site visits to check the progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and also checking the quality of works.
- Resolving problems and issues that rise during construction.
- Preparing requisitions of materials, required from out of country or local (inside of country).
- Follow up preparing of working construction shop drawings and coordinate with the MEP drawings.
- Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare System-line along with 2Ds of concrete outline of Bents & Hinges w/ openings for PT Ducts, Electrical Conduits & Drainage Pipe, Bent Caps, Longitudinal & Transverse Decks, Columns, Walls, Straight & Tapered Footings, Piles and Rebars, from design drawings to be extruded into 3D Models using AutoCAD 2010.
- Prepare 3D Models using Extrude & Loft Commands.
- Detect clashes among Rebars, Tendons & Conduits and determination of Rebars encroaching concrete using Navisworks.
- Assist in preparing ‘Conflict Document’ and releasing RFIs to the client.
- Resolve conflicts in 3D Model.
- Develop 2D Integrated Shop Drawings & bar bending schedule from the ‘Resolved 3D Model’, according to stipulated Standards.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare a complete set of Architectural & Structural Shop Drawings consisting of Plans, Elevations, Sections, Isometric & Or-thogonal Views of Rooms, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Doors & Windows, Staircases, Walls & Shear Walls etc. - Send final print out of Drawings to the Consultant for Approval. - Prepare Bar Bending Schedule & Bill of Quantities as per approved Shop Drawing received From the Consultant. - Prepare Perspective views according to the final plans & elevations as per BOQs. - Coordinate with all Services drawings of (Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical). - Preparation of As-Built drawings at end of project and submit final soft & hard copies of drawings to the Consultant and Client. - Assist in preparation of RFIs if drawings have discrepancy and send to Consultant for clarification / resolution. - Produce Hard Copy of drawings according to PEN ASSIGNMENTS.
