Procurement professional with strong management experience and technical expertise in all areas of Technology sourcing, Responsible for the full cycle of strategic sourcing and contracting of assigned projects, have successfully negotiated contracts with leading telecommunications companies worth millions of dollars. In this role I am managing PTCL Group procurements led through turnkey, limited and proprietary tenders. Key areas of my responsibility includes sourcing, RFP/RFQ/RFI preparations, tendering, technical and commercial bid evaluations, scope and price negotiations, contract management, project coordination, and the overall project management. This role needed a blend of high-level business, analytical, technical, communication, and negotiations skills.
Worked in close collaboration with the production units and vendors for end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, logistic and supply chain process execution of 30, 000+ stock keeping units (SKU)
Managed procurement and contracts for Supply of goods and Services, Service Level agreements (SLA), Turnkey Contracts of IT Hardware, Software, Services & Infrastructure and Licenses renewals along with overseeing the Admin/General Procurement.
My current major job responsibilities include providing support to ground staff, Coordination with engineering team and stores, Technical record keeping, Creating RFQs for the required item, Raising purchase orders, Maintaining good relation with foreign vendors, Managing PBH contract, Coordinating with freight forwarders for shipment of aircraft spares from shipper’s facility, AOG handling and maintaining operational relation with AOG service providers, An effective communication with MRO during C-Check and redelivery of an aircrafts and reviewing contracts and invoices.
