The company is engaged in the manufacturing, distribution & marketing of various chemicals & detergents in the KSA & Arabian Gulf Region(500+ SKUs & 85 Brands).
Al-Razi Pharmaceutical Factory:
The company is engaged in the production, marketing & distribution of medical solutions.
Traffic Signal Technology Factory: The Company is mainly engaged in producing, importing & exporting of traffic signals for cars and pedestrians (posts, controls, and traffic signal heads).
Responsibilities:
Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team
Managing the processes for financial forecasting, budgets & preparation of all financial reporting
Ensuring that appropriate financial controls are in place and that working capital is managed effectively
Managing costs and identifying cost optimization potential
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
Advising on long-term business and financial planning
Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures

Successfully implemented Oracle
Managed to bring Binzagar as a distributor
Improved gross margin by increasing the prices for fast moving SKUs & delisted the slow-moving SKUs
Restructured the finance team
Managed to reduce the customer overdues by linking the sales commission to overdues & revised the credit limits in Oracle

Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly & annual financials, budgets, forecasts & performing variance analysis
Assist the division manager in the strategic planning
Attend the weekly “Orders Pipeline” meetings with the sales managers & extend full support to finalize the orders
Dealing with the Country Shared Services in connection with the annual audit of the accounts, monthly closing, bank guarantees, L/Cs and VAT queries
Perform the projects risk reviews, review the orders’ gross margins, work on the cost efficiencies along with the operations manager, ensure timely execution in order to deliver the planned gross margin & minimize FX risk through hedging
