 Monitoring of Electrical and Instrumentation work fronts
 Assessing progress at all work fronts
 Aligning the documents according to progress on site on regular basis
 Coordinating with shop fabrication and site to make required material available
 Coordinating with client to make availability of support material
 Verifying MTOs, BOQs, revision wise to minimize progress loop holes
 Monitoring progress of all activities including lighting, earthing, power distribution, cable laying, substation panels, heat tracing, instrument testing, Cathodic protection and support installations in coalition with Area engineers
 Coordinating all progress variables with client on weekly and monthly basis for invoicing
 Ensuring standards DGS, IEC, NFPA etc during Electrical and Instrumentation works
 Understanding and implementing plans according to Power distribution diagrams and layouts, SLDs, Equipment and installation typicals, P&IDs etc along with Civil Layouts
 Coordinating with other contractors for Plant Equipment
 Planning, arranging and supervising equipment to carry out activities smoothly
 Using in-house integrated software for equipment monitoring, resource allocation, man-hour division and generating 5week look ahead plan
 Ensuring HSE at site monitoring labor and supervisors
 Learning and assisting in Proposal Planning activity and running project planning supervision
 Controlling and monitoring running project plans
 Modifying plans to provide smooth execution and operations keeping client in confidence
 Learning of activities in all departments, Civil, Piping, Process, Electrical, I&C, Rotary, Static along with review cycles, document flow cycles and client interactions
 Incorporating clients’ remarks in the bid period in project plans without harming the baseline milestones
 Learning of costing and manpower estimation
