Responsibilities and duties:
• Account Opening
• Dormant to active accounts.
• Clearing
• Remittances
• Cash department In-charge
• Admin and HR coordinator
• Maintain relationship with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer level and offer them bank products.
• Proper contacts with customer for cross selling.
• Sell ATM VISA card, CAR and financing (Commercial, semi Commercial).
• Make call to customer those have low deposit with courtesy call.
• Submit daily branch figure report to area office.
• Maintain daily customer visit report and their deposit
• Floor time management and service quality ambassador.
• Branch internal and external environment management.
• Achieve different targets at different level.
• Work in competitive and stress environment.
• Market intelligence
• Good Relationship and coordination with colleagues.

• Conduct meetings as per management demands.

• Entertain customer while visit in the branch.

• Maintain daily deposit and visit reports.
• Attend meeting set up by branch and area office.
• Coordination with operation staff and other staff.
• Visit 10 customers daily in the market.
• Update myself with latest knowledge according to market and competition demands.
• Achieve targets at different levels.
• Celebrate different events in branch like Independence Day, customer day and RAMADAN Mubarak.
• Maintain relationship with existing customer as well as new.
• Give feedback to management of changing customer needs expectation and competition according to era.
