Responsible for smooth Operation of Sulfolane, Sulphuric Acid, Sulfur Dioxide Plant, and Hydrogen Plants.
Hands on experience with Vacuum Distillation, Azeotrope Distillation (Dehydration column), stripping columns, Furnace Operation, Waste Heat Boilers, Absorption Towers, Catalyst Convertor, Condensation reactor, Hydrogenators & SO2 reactors.
Overseeing the overall manufacturing process in an industry to ensure optimized production.
Responsible for planning and organizing a production process and ensuring the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and labor resources required for a plant
Responsible for breakdown handling, control of process parameters, manpower management with an emphasis on plant capacity enhancement and quality control.
Monitor process and quality parameters. Troubleshooting and corrective action wherever required.
Generation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports (plan for operational & maintenance activities); day- to-day operation of the production unit.
Provides leadership/direction to ensure all affordability initiatives and opportunities for process improvements are systematically identified, pursued, and supported.
Trains and develops subordinates to enhance teamwork and multi-skilling and improve overall productivity/quality/safety/technical knowledge
Analyzing production data and optimizing efficiency, as well as directing an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials.
Worked as Process engineer at Formaldehyde derivatives (AF-37/UFC-85) with Haldor-Topso technology with 150/250 MTPD capacity, PNS/SNF with 120 MTPD capacity. Hands on experience;
-- Absorption Columns, Tubular & condensation reactors.
-- Rotary Dryer & Smoke tube Boiler.
-- Operation on Utility section (Plant air, dry air, RO water & cooling tower)
-- Commissioning activities for Air compressor, Cooling Towers, RO Plant (water treatment) & Pumps.
Worked as Deputy manager at Tariq Float Glass with a production capacity of 550 tons/ day with range of thicknesses and colors, from 2mm to 13mm with clear, tinted, reflective and mirror options. Hands on experience;
-- Tin Bath (Adjusting Glass Sheet thickness) & Annealing Lehr operation (Cooling down the Glass temperature to ambient temperature).
-- Troubleshooting for Slippage of Glass sheet from rollers & cracks removal.
Worked as Process Engineer at HPFL with 300/110 MTPD GSSP/Sulfuric acid (98.5%) & 300 MTPD Demineralized water along with 600/1050 MTPD Ammonia/Urea, 2400 MTPD DM water. Hands on experience;
-- Roller & Ball mills for grinding Phosphate rock.
-- Dilution of Sulphuric acid & cooling at low concentration (70%).
-- Prilling & drying of finished product in Horizontal dryer.
-- Demineralized Plant (DM) for water treatment.
-- Furnace, WHB, Catalytic convertor, Shell & Tube exchangers & absorption towers.
