1. Responsible for smooth Operation of Sulfolane, Sulphuric Acid, Sulfur Dioxide Plant, and Hydrogen Plants.
2. Hands on experience with Vacuum Distillation, Azeotrope Distillation (Dehydration column), stripping columns, Furnace Operation, Waste Heat Boilers, Absorption Towers, Catalyst Convertor, Condensation reactor, Hydrogenators & SO2 reactors.
3. Overseeing the overall manufacturing process in an industry to ensure optimized production.
4. Responsible for planning and organizing a production process and ensuring the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and labor resources required for a plant
5. Responsible for breakdown handling, control of process parameters, manpower management with an emphasis on plant capacity enhancement and quality control.
6. Monitor process and quality parameters. Troubleshooting and corrective action wherever required.
7. Generation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports (plan for operational & maintenance activities); day- to-day operation of the production unit.
8. Provides leadership/direction to ensure all affordability initiatives and opportunities for process improvements are systematically identified, pursued, and supported.
9. Trains and develops subordinates to enhance teamwork and multi-skilling and improve overall productivity/quality/safety/technical knowledge
10. Analyzing production data and optimizing efficiency, as well as directing an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials.
1. Responsible for erection, detail engineering, reviewing PID, and process modification and improvement in many projects.
2. Process Analysis and Optimization with existing manufacturing or production processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
3. Responsible for documenting and maintaining accurate records of all processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process flowcharts, and process specifications.
4. Responsible for developing a comprehensive plan for the pre-commissioning activities by creating a detailed timeline, coordinating with different stakeholders, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
5. Responsible to conduct Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR); a thorough review of the facility or equipment to identify potential safety hazards or risks.
6. Responsible for Leak Testing and Pressure Testing to perform leak testing and pressure testing on pipelines, vessels, and other systems to ensure they can withstand the required operating conditions
7. Analyzing production data and optimizing efficiency, as well as directing an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials.
8. Responsible for Flushing and Cleaning activities to remove any debris, contaminants, or impurities from the systems.
9. Commissioning activities for Air compressor, Cooling Towers, RO Plant (water treatment) & Pumps.
