Reconciliation of bank accounts and verifies the bank balance with the general ledger on monthly basis.
Responsible for Accounts Receivables, Receivable Ageing analysis and Communicate with customers for overdue payments and forecasting the cash inflows
Arrange payments for vendors by verifying documentation when they fall due.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Prepare management reports such as, Cash Reports, Sales reports, Budget & Forecasts, Variance Analysis etc.
Deal with Import/Export matters
Deal with salary matters.
Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
Maintaining Books of Accounts.
Responsible for Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.
Communicating with customers and forecasting the cash inflows and comparing them with the actual funds received from the customers.
Communicating with Contractors, vendors and making payments according to the payment schedule.
Responsible for sales tax return submission on monthly basis.
Responsible for Income Tax Return and Wealth statement Submission.
Deal with salary matters.
Prepare Profit/Loss Statement, Statement of Financial Position and other reports as required.
