. To mitigate production costs associated with increased weight of products, it is advisable to explore different production recipes by collaborating with the production and quality departments to adjust the product formulation.
. Implement and maintain standard costing system and regularly review cost variances for accuracy.
. Developed monthly and quarterly Cost performance reports, highlighting variances and proposing corrective actions.
. Conduct profitability analysis of product lines and recommend pricing or process improvements.
. Reduced waste and inefficiencies by collaborating with Production & QC departments.
. Preparing weekly and monthly reports that analyze the cost of production, compare production and sales figures, assess budget utilization, and evaluate production cost and sales revenue on a per-unit basis.
. Preparing the monthly GP report on unit base by deducting production cost and logistic cost from sales price/Unit and take steps to create more profit by unit wise
. Reviewing the Warehouse of Finished Goods, Raw materials & Spare parts continuously and adjusting the quantities on requirements and taking necessary steps to maximize the storage spaces.
. Reviewing the daily incoming and outgoing stock in the stores of Raw Material and Finished goods side and make more efficient system for better performance.
. Creating new items in the production module with BOM, Route and Packing Material in Dynamics 365.
. Preparation of weekly and monthly inventory reports of raw materials and work-in-process quantities across three different sites and make necessary adjustments.
. Calculating the monthly depreciation of mold utilized in production and assessing the system against the land balance. Furthermore, initiate requests for new molds before the current ones expire.
. Overseeing the daily logistics process of arranging both internal and external trailers on demand of the sales department at reduced costs to ensure the timely delivery of materials to customers.
. Compiling daily reports for company drivers and external trailers, and conclude, reconcile these with the transporters to ensure timely payments.

• To prepare production reports of dairy items after collection of milk from centres.
• Make journal entries of Milk Collection, Expenses Voucher, and Rent Vehicles.
• Make all Payments to milk suppliers and vehicles and daily expenses to centres.
